Changle Road Ground Floor Loft
special: Originally just one huge space, added kitchen and bathroom, extra space in a loft.
Quote: 2500 Rmb per square meter.

Fuxing Road Loft Duplex
special: Re-did the original balcony, added a sky-window, loft and features an open kitchen.
Quote: 2000 Rmb per square meter. (electric fireplaces not included)

Fuxing Park Loft Apartment
special: Originally one large 3 Bedroom, divided into two 1 Bedroom Loft like Places. Replaced broken original floors with other old floors.
Quote: 2500 Rmb per square meter. Including custom closets, and shelves.

Huaihai Rd 1 Bedroom Loft
special: Exposed the original ceiling beams (were sealed before), added kitchen and bathroom.
Quote: 2000 Rmb per square meter.

Hunan Road Ground Floor with Garden
special: added extra bathroom, built in radiators.
Quote: 3000 Rmb per square meter. Including custom beds and built in closets.

Yanqing Rd 1 Bedroom Apartment
Special: well, we made space were there wasn’t any.
Quote: 2000 Rmb per square meter.

Wuyuan Road 2 Bedroom Apartment
Huge open spaces, opened up a wall.
Added Terrace (the biggest construction)
Quote: about 2500 per square meter.

Ruijin Road Hudec’s Apartments
Radiators everywhere, added a lot of built in storage and opened up kitchen.
Quote: about 2000 per square meter.

Wanping Road Apartment
Put kitchen outside under an extended solarium.
Added another bathroom to make both rooms en-suite.
Quote: 2500 per square meter.

Chongqing Apartments Ground Floor
Added two double paned windows, insulated walls, soundproofing and moved kitchen.
New piping, added bathroom.
Made extra light windows.
All furniture and wood is handmade with unprepared wood.
Quote: 2800 per square meter.

Wuxing Rd Lane House Apartment
Added an humidity control thingy.
Dugg down and added about 20% extra space, added a bathroom and a kitchen.
Quote: 2500 per square meter.

Hunan Rd Loft Apartment
Floor heating, simple rustic style floors
all new wiring and piping, tile terrace.
Hand made cabinets and kitchen.
Quote: 2000 Rmb per sqm.
