Big European Style Appartement near Hongqiao Road
This is a Wonderful Appartement we viewed last week,
the furnishing is marvelous in a way that gives you a feeling of beeing in Europe again.
It just has the warm feeling of my home in Switzerland.
It’s located well in a nice small compound with Country Club that’s got it’s own Fitness Center, Mini Golf, Swimming Pool, Basketball Court, Barbeque Terasse and some other nice offers to spend your leisure time like Yoga and Ballet.
The Appartement is very quiet in the compound and you can really relax.
It’s very big at around 150 sqm and is completely furnished with all life necessities.
The Appartement has a negative point though that it unfortunately shares with many other appartements in Shanghai.
A building has been ripped down just about 100m away from it, and if you look out of the kitchen window or home-library window you can see the Big Empty.
There is no construction going on there though, so there is no permanent noise problems.
