We had luck to look at the Hongqiao Leting Appartements recently,
this compound is conviniently located near Xujiahui and the Jiaotong University.

Close to the Xujiahui No 1 Line Metro Station ( approximately 15 min walk ) and the Hongqiao Road No 3 Line ( also about 15 min walk to the other side ).

The Compound is very quiet and safe, modern with Electronic Main-Door Cards and western style with large commodious rooms.
3 Bedrooms 2 Living Rooms and 2 Bathrooms.

The Appartement can be viewed at any time.

looking out of the Bedroom window you will have a crazy view on the Bund, Pudong and Ships moving on the Huangpu River.

The Appartement itself is very large, nicely furnished with Big TV and comfortable Sofa’s.

A place in a great Location in the midst of Xujiahui,
it’s located in between Jiaotong University and the Grand Gateway mall.

Very Large and nicely furnished with a petit emphasize on turkise green in the living room
as you can see in the picture below.

The Appartement has a very nice kitchen and comfortable Bedrooms.
The Toilet is big with Bathtub and good lighting.

In addition this Appartement is a real Bargain at 4200 Rmb per month.

This is a Wonderful Appartement we viewed last week,
the furnishing is marvelous in a way that gives you a feeling of beeing in Europe again.
It just has the warm feeling of my home in Switzerland.

It’s located well in a nice small compound with Country Club that’s got it’s own Fitness Center, Mini Golf, Swimming Pool, Basketball Court, Barbeque Terasse and some other nice offers to spend your leisure time like Yoga and Ballet.
The Appartement is very quiet in the compound and you can really relax.
It’s very big at around 150 sqm and is completely furnished with all life necessities.
The Appartement has a negative point though that it unfortunately shares with many other appartements in Shanghai.

A building has been ripped down just about 100m away from it, and if you look out of the kitchen window or home-library window you can see the Big Empty.
There is no construction going on there though, so there is no permanent noise problems.

Nice place near the Dong An road station,it’s got 3 Bed Rooms, 2 Living Rooms, 3 Bathrooms and a Maids Rooms or Children’s play room.The Four Seasons Garden is a High-Class Appartement Compound with many “VIP’s” living there.

Our Appartement is in a high floor and you can pretty much see all of shanghai from there.

The current price tag is 9800 RMB, but can probably be negotiated with the landlord.

It’s on Yongjia Road, very much in the heart of the city.
220sqm big, very commodius and nicely furnished.
The monthly rent is set at 4000 US Dollars, but there is room for negotiation.
